Run-Resilient:
Stop Letting Injury Control Your Running
Will coaching really help my running?
Have you tried training on your own using plans you found online but struggle with what to do once you've missed a workout out or two?
Do you have a history of injuries or canāt seem to find your groove in your body since having kids and are worried you'll get injured again if you start to run more?
Do you feel stuck either at a certain race time or race distance and can't figure out how to start making progress again?
Do you find yourself feeling disappointed in yourself when you miss workouts or a race goal and the mood is starting to impact your role as a mom and partner?
If you answered yes to 1 or more of these questions, having a coach help create and guide your training is what you need to make your next running goal a reality.
Save Time
Working with a coach to design Ā and help make adjustments to your training based on what's happening in your life outside of running makes sure the process is fun not frustrating. You'll also have a source you trust for questions you'd normally have to scour the internet for answers for.
Avoid Injury
Studies estimate 50-75% of runners get injured but the good news is a big chunk of these are avoidable. Using a running plan and strength program created just for you and having a coach who s also a physical therapist guiding your progress gives you the best chance to avoid injury.
Make progressĀ
A coach can take an objective look at your running history and experience to find areas to make improvement. Seeing progress is where the fun happens and working with a coach ensures your training will be challenging enough to keep you moving forward as a runner.
