I'm Ready to Run!

I kept running through the pain of shin splints and at one point I could barely walk the pain was so bad (both while running and for weeks after runs). I read way too many Reddit posts about shin splints and watched more YouTube videos than I can count yet even after trying things, the pain continued and it made me dread going on runs. This is when I decided to work with Katlyn and to seek help from someone who is knowledgeable and who could offer advice and help me with a training plan to try to tackle those issues. -TB

I fell in love with running because I loved completing races - the camaraderie and achievement of finishing a race is so rewarding.  It wasn't long until the training became just as rewarding as the actual races.  felt like I had room to improve but I didn't know how and when I tried to improve on my own or with a generic running app, it led to injury which was super-frustrating. Now  I feel so much more confident in my progress because it feels sustainable long-term.  - VB
